For our client, a leading supplier of Cyber Security and Network-Solutions in Switzerland, we are looking for a SOC Threat Analyst (m/w).

Your main tasks:

Analyze events, flows, alerts and perform advanced analysis of potential security incidents
Conducting security assessments by performing vulnerability scans
Analyzing security breaches to identify the root causes
On-call duty for handling of critical security alerts
Assist in ensuring security controls are implemented according to best practices

Your profile:

Completed IT apprenticeship with at least 1 year of professional experience (IT Security of advantage), Bachelor's degree with practical experience
First experience in security analysis and IT advantageous
Good basic knowledge of Linux / Unix OS, Windows, firewall rules, policy and network routinely desired
Experience with SIEM tools and security technologies, such as QRadar, Service Now, Kibana, Tenable, FireEye, Defender, Tripwire or similar
Experience working with customers via phone, email or other corporate communications methods
Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
